General Appearance

Myosotis pusilla Loisel., it is a small annual herb, up to 2-7 cm, procumbent, often much branched and forming a cushion. Leaves narrowly ligulalat and thickly covered with straight hairs, Inflorescence usually bracteate throughout; pedicel 2-5 mm in fruit. uniformly thickened. Calyx 3-5 mm in fruit, longer than pedicel, covered with patent or appressed hairs. Limb up to 2 mm in diameter, saucer shaped, pale blue or white. Nutles, up to 1-2 mm, brown, without rim, attachment of the area with 2 marginal grooves.
