Notes
Doubtful in Libya ??? Medicinal plant. The dried roots (liquorice of commerce) is used in tobacco industries, medicine etc.; a refreshing drink named Ergsus or Sus is prepared from the roots and sold in the Orient. Sometimes cultivated as an ornamental. I have not found a recent record of this species in Libya so far.
