General Appearance

Pimpinella cretica Poir., it is an annual herb. The lower leaves are simple, sparse, and slightly trifoliate, with a long hairy stem. The upper leaves are small, separate, or trifoliate with narrow segments. White flowers in umbels containing 5-10 unequal rays. The fruit is small, wrinkled, and about 1 millimeter long.
