General Appearance
Huphaene thebaica (L.) Mart., it is a tree, up to 20 m high with branched trunk. Leaves in a terminal crown on each branch, palmate. Flowers small, yellow. Fruit sub rounded. brown, glossy, with translucent coloured pits, 7-8 cm long and almost as broad.
