General Appearance
Onopordum cyrenaicum Maire & Weiller, Leaves cobweb by greyish-white tomentose, Basal leaves broadly lanceolate, with shallow, broadly ovate-triangular, not very spiny lobes. Upper cauline leaves and wings green. Florets glandular. Cypsela 4 gonous, pappus yellowish, c. 12 mm long.
