General Appearance

Chiliadenus rupestris (Pomel) Brullo / Homotypic Synonyms: Jasonia rupestris Pomel,  it is a perennial similar to Chiliadenus glutinosus (L.) Fourr., but aromatic, with appressed glandular hairs. Leaves dentate-undulate. Capitula c. 1 cm in diam., with pale-purple florets, the outer involucral bracts with dark coloured apices. Cypsela of the marginal florets with 1-rowed pappus setae, those of the center with 2-row of 20-3O pappus setae.
