General Appearance

Cynanchum acutum L it is a climbing subshrub or shrub, stem glabrous below, slightly pubescent above. Leaves cordate, 2-15 x 1.5-10 cm, entire, acute, petioles 1-5 cm long. Flowers in axillary, pedunculate umbellate cymes, peduncles 1-6 cm long. Corolla white or pink, 8-12 mm in diameter, glabrous, lobes linear acute, 1 mm broad. Corona segments triangular. Follicles c. 9-12 cm x c. 8-10 mm.
